ABOUT US

A true Idahoan, Jan was born and raised in Idaho and began her career in Property
Management in 1988 with Bitterroot Property Management in Ketchum.
In 1996 she felt a pull to city life and made the move to Portland Oregon, where she continued
down the path of property management and also obtained an Oregon Real Estate license.
In late 2017, it was the need to be close to family that brought her back to her beloved Wood
River Valley.

After 34 years of experience in all aspects of Property Management, she finally decided to
venture out on her own to create Sun Valley Property Care.
Developing and maintaining solid client relationships, as well as knowing the ins and outs of
each property in the portfolio is her most important goal. You can rest assured that your
investment property or second home is being properly cared for, and that you are receiving the
services that you are paying for.

In her free time, you will find Jan and her dog, Otis, hiking on one of her favorite local trails or
up north at Galena or one of the beautiful lakes. She is also very active in the community and
volunteers with the Hospice of the Wood River Valley, Girls on the Run and SVSEF.
